Australian family-owned farm

We keep making olive oil because we love it. We love growing the trees, making the oil, and using it in wonderful food, and we also love working with the generous and committed people who make up this industry.

Our olive oil history

We have been working in olive oil for many years, learning and gradually growing.

We have increased the size of our original small farm in Kialla, and also planted olive trees on two further properties in the South Australian Mallee and in the Western Wimmera.

The growth has brought challenges, but we are fortunate to have some of the best people working with us to keep our farms and mills running smoothly.

We are continuing to plant more trees each year, and to upgrade our mills to cope with the extra volumes, so there is more history to be made.

Family owned and operated

Being family owned and operated means that we take a long term view (which helps a lot when we are growing trees!) and value partnerships ahead of one-off sales. We are currently planting specific varieties of trees to meet one customer's requirements, which takes a bit of long term confidence on both our part and the customer's.

Our team

Our growth has brought challenges, but we are fortunate to have some of the best olive oil makers and best people working with us to keep our farms and mills running smoothly.

Our oil making team includes Alberto, who taught us how to put quality first, Scott, who has brought us his expertise of making olive oil across three continents, and Paul, who is a 2nd generation olive oil maker, and has been working in olive mills since he was a kid.

There is a long list of talented tradespeople and others who work on our harvest season teams or help us in many other ways.
